Complaint handling

We take your complaints seriously they give us important information about how we can better serve our clients. We would prefer that all complaints and Returns are communicated to our customer support before returned to us. To make the process more effective, we would like you to follow the these steps:

1. Download and fill out Claim & return application

2. Send the application together with your products to:
    Cresto AB, Lägatan 3, 302 63 Halmstad, SWEDEN

3. Our Customer support will contact you when we have received your products and the case have been registered.

Please note that we won’t process your application without the filled out form.
